Do we need UPS WorldShip installed?
Not necessarily. We can integrate via UPS Developer APIs directly, eliminating the need for a desktop WorldShip installation. However, if your warehouse already uses WorldShip, we can integrate that with NetSuite instead.
Can this handle international shipments with customs forms?
Yes. The integration generates commercial invoices and customs documentation using NetSuite item data, HS codes, and declared values. UPS Paperless Invoice is supported for qualifying shipments.
How do you handle shipping for multiple warehouse locations?
Each NetSuite location can have its own UPS account number, ship-from address, and rate preferences. The integration selects the correct configuration based on the fulfilling location.
