What skill level is required for your training?
We offer programs for all levels. For developer training, participants should have basic JavaScript knowledge (variables, functions, loops). For workflow and saved search training, no coding experience is needed. We assess everyone before training and adjust content accordingly.
How long is a typical training program?
Developer training is typically 3-4 days. Saved Search/reporting training is 1-2 days. Workflow training is 1-2 days. We can also do compressed half-day sessions over multiple weeks if that fits your team better. Custom topics are scoped based on depth needed.
Do you provide training materials?
Yes. Every participant receives comprehensive documentation including code examples, cheat sheets, and reference guides. You also get access to our private GitHub repository with working code samples you can use as templates for your own development.
Can training be done in our sandbox account?
Absolutely, and we recommend it. Training in your actual sandbox means exercises use your data structures, custom records, and business logic. What you build during training can often be promoted to production after.
What about ongoing learning after training?
30 days of follow-up support is included. Beyond that, we offer monthly office hours packages where your team can bring questions and get guidance. Many clients also use our managed support services for ongoing development needs.
Do you offer NetSuite certification prep?
Our training focuses on practical skills, not certification exams. However, the deep understanding you gain will definitely help with certification if that's a goal. We can recommend specific certification study materials to complement our hands-on training.
How is pricing structured?
Training is priced per day with discounts for multi-day programs. On-site training includes travel expenses. Remote training is more cost-effective for distributed teams. Contact us for a custom quote based on your specific needs and team size.
