Hourly work runs $150-$250/hour depending on complexity and who's doing the work. For defined projects, we quote a fixed price so you know costs upfront. Retainers for ongoing support typically run $5,000-$15,000/month. We'll give you a real quote after we understand what you need.
That's actually most of our work. We help companies that have had NetSuite for years but aren't getting full value from it. Bad implementations, accumulated technical debt, new requirements—whatever brought you here, we can probably help.
We start with an assessment. We look at your current setup, talk to the people who use it daily, and identify what's causing the most pain. Then we prioritize fixes based on impact and effort. You don't have to rebuild everything at once.

We do both, but they're different things. Implementation is standing up NetSuite from scratch—a defined project with a go-live date. Consulting is ongoing work to improve an existing system. Many clients start with one and transition to the other.
We have retainer arrangements for that. You pay a monthly fee that covers a certain amount of hours, and we're available when you need us. Good for companies that don't need full-time help but want guaranteed access to NetSuite expertise.
