This page answers the 40+ most common questions we get about NetSuite pricing — from "how much does NetSuite cost per user" to "how does the renewal increase work" to "is NetSuite cheaper than SAP." If you want the long-form guide with TCO scenarios and negotiation playbook, see our NetSuite pricing definitive guide. This page is the quick-reference version.

About these answers. Broken Rubik is a NetSuite consulting firm. Pricing ranges below come from contracts we've reviewed, negotiated, or implemented between 2021 and 2026 — not from any public Oracle list price (none exists). Your specific quote will vary by user count, modules, contract length, region, and negotiation.

Getting an accurate quote

Oracle does not publish official NetSuite pricing — every deal is negotiated. To get an accurate quote:

  1. Define your user count, modules, and required edition before talking to sales. Going in without scope leads to inflated quotes.
  2. Ask for SuiteSuccess pricing if your industry has a pre-configured edition (Wholesale Distribution, Manufacturing, Retail, Services, NonProfit, etc.). SuiteSuccess deployments are faster and often discounted.
  3. Get quotes from a NetSuite Solution Provider in parallel with Oracle direct. Partner quotes typically include implementation; Oracle direct does not.
  4. Negotiate renewal caps at signing — this is the single most important contract term most customers miss. A 5% annual renewal cap saves tens of thousands over a 5-year period.
  5. Ask about end-of-quarter discounts — Oracle's fiscal quarters end February, May, August, and November. Reps push harder to close in the last 2 weeks of each.

If you want help scoping or negotiating, we can review your draft quote and flag inflated line items.
