The Problem

Your NetSuite isn't working the way it should. That gap between setup and reality is wasting hours every week.

Messy account inherited from previous partner

Undocumented customizations, broken scripts, and configurations that nobody understands anymore.

Team still relies on spreadsheets

NetSuite is "working" but doesn't match your actual processes, so data lives outside the system.

Integrations that keep breaking

Every time something changes, your Shopify or CRM sync fails and requires manual intervention.

Reports require hours of cleanup

Manual data entry, export to Excel, fix formulas — every month, the same tedious process.

These aren't software problems. They're setup problems. You don't need a new ERP. You need a partner who configures NetSuite around how your business actually runs.

About NetSuite ERP

What NetSuite ERP delivers and how to optimize it

NetSuite ERP runs the operational and financial backbone of mid-market businesses on a single multi-tenant database — finance, inventory, CRM, and ecommerce on one codebase. A sales order updates inventory in real time, posts revenue to the GL, and appears in financial reports without sync delays. 40,000+ customers across 200+ countries.

01

When companies adopt NetSuite ERP

Trigger points: monthly close taking 10+ days, multi-entity reporting in spreadsheets, inventory accuracy below 95%, manual reconciliation between disconnected systems, or audit/fundraising prep needing defensible financials.

Fits $5M-$500M revenue companies. Under $5M is typically overkill; above $500M global enterprises sometimes migrate to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP or SAP S/4HANA.

02

Modules and what they cover

Base platform: GL, AP, AR, multi-currency, multi-entity consolidation, inventory, order management, basic CRM, dashboards. Add-ons cover advanced inventory, manufacturing, WMS, NSPB planning, ARM for ASC 606, SuiteBilling for subscriptions, OpenAir for services, SuitePeople for HR.

Every module integrates natively — no integration overhead. Full breakdown in our NetSuite modules guide.

03

Optimization and managed services

Most companies use 30-50% of what NetSuite can deliver. Optimization — refining configs, building saved searches and dashboards, automating with SuiteFlow and SuiteScript, surfacing actionable reporting — delivers more value per dollar than adding modules.

We work through structured engagements: process audit, prioritized backlog, sprint-based delivery, ongoing managed services for continuous improvement without a full-time admin hire.

04

NetSuite ERP cost and ROI

$999/mo base + $129-199/user/mo. Modules from $500 (Advanced Financials) to $5,000/mo (SuiteCommerce Advanced). A 20-user mid-market deployment runs $50K-$120K/year in licenses plus $30K-$150K one-time implementation.

ROI from three places: stack consolidation (4 contracts to 1), faster close (10 days to 5), accurate inventory (1-2% write-down reduction on $10M+ stock pays for itself year one). Full breakdown in our pricing guide.

05

When NetSuite is NOT the right fit

NetSuite outperforms Sage Intacct on operational breadth, beats Acumatica on enterprise scaling, and undercuts SAP Business One on TCO for mid-market.

Where it's wrong: ultra-simple businesses under $5M with no inventory (QuickBooks wins on cost), pure professional services firms (specialized PSA sometimes fits better), or global enterprises exceeding mid-market design. We help companies honestly evaluate fit before committing.

Process

How we work

A structured methodology designed to minimize risk and deliver results. Total timeline: 8-16 weeks for most implementations.

  1. 1

    Discovery & audit

We audit your current systems, document processes, and identify gaps between how you work and how NetSuite is configured. Duration: 1-2 weeks.

  2. 2

    Architecture & design

We design the solution: workflows, custom fields, integrations, reports. You approve before we build. Duration: 1-2 weeks.

  3. 3

    Configuration & customization

We configure NetSuite: chart of accounts, workflows, roles, dashboards, custom scripts. Duration: 2-4 weeks.

  4. 4

  5. 5

    Go-live & support

UAT with real scenarios, training for your team, deployment, and ongoing optimization. We don't disappear after go-live.

FAQ

What clients ask before signing

01

What modules of NetSuite ERP do we actually need to start?

+

The minimum viable NetSuite ERP for most mid-market companies is Financial Management (the base license, which includes GL, AP, AR, banking, basic reporting), Inventory Management (if you sell physical goods), and Order Management. Advanced Inventory, WMS, Manufacturing, Multi-Book Accounting, OneWorld (multi-entity), and SuiteCommerce are add-ons priced separately. A typical first deployment turns on Financials + Inventory + OM and adds the rest in Phase 2.

02

How do you handle data migration from QuickBooks, SAP, or Dynamics?

+

We split migration into three buckets: data that must come in (open AR/AP, inventory on hand, active customers/vendors, last 2-3 years of GL for reporting), data that stays in the legacy system as archive, and data that gets re-keyed manually if volume is low. We run 2-3 test loads in a sandbox with full reconciliation against the legacy GL before production cutover. Expect 2-4 weeks of migration work for a typical mid-market account.

03

What happens to our customizations during NetSuite's biannual releases?

+

NetSuite releases two major versions per year (Spring and Fall). Every customization we ship gets tested against the next release in your release-preview account before the production push. We run a regression checklist on critical flows — order-to-cash, integrations, custom scripts — two weeks before each release goes live. Issues get patched in sandbox first, then promoted. Clients on managed support get this proactively; one-off implementation clients can engage us per-release.

04

When is NetSuite NOT the right choice?

+

NetSuite is overkill for businesses under $5M annual revenue or fewer than 10 users. If you only need basic accounting and invoicing, QuickBooks Online or Xero is cheaper and faster to deploy. NetSuite becomes the right choice when you need multi-entity consolidation, multi-currency, complex inventory or revenue recognition rules, real-time reporting across business functions, or are preparing for an IPO or acquisition.

05

Who owns the customizations and code after go-live?

+

You do. Every SuiteScript file, workflow, saved search, custom record, and integration mapping we build is your property and lives in your NetSuite account from day one. We hand over a documented inventory of every customization at go-live, plus git access if we built integration middleware. There is no vendor lock-in: if you take support in-house or move to another partner, the code stays with you.

06

Can you take over a stalled or failed implementation from another partner?

+

Yes — project rescues are roughly a third of our implementation pipeline. We start with a one-week diagnostic: review the existing configuration, identify what was built correctly, find what needs redoing, and map a recovery plan with a fixed timeline. Most rescues land between 6 and 12 weeks depending on how much of the original work is salvageable. You keep the NetSuite license and any working integrations; we rebuild the parts that broke.

07

What pricing structure do you use — fixed-bid, T&M, or retainer?

+

Implementations are fixed-bid by phase. Discovery is fixed ($5K-$10K, 1-2 weeks) and produces a scoped proposal with a single number for configuration, integration, data migration, and training. Out-of-scope changes are handled with formal change orders, not hourly bills. Post-go-live work is monthly retainer (10/20/40 hours) or T&M for ad-hoc requests. We do not do open-ended T&M on implementations because it incentivizes the wrong things on both sides.

08

How much does NetSuite ERP cost per year?

+

A typical mid-market NetSuite ERP deployment runs $50,000-$150,000 per year in license fees after year one. First-year costs add $25K-$250K in implementation services on top. Small businesses (5-10 users, single entity) typically pay $1,500-$3,000 per month. Enterprise OneWorld deployments with multi-entity consolidation and advanced modules can exceed $20,000 per month. Oracle does not publish official pricing — every contract is negotiated.
