NetSuite service tier dashboard
A new dashboard to help administrators monitor system service tier performance. This gives clearer visibility into performance metrics and potential bottlenecks.
Near match duplicate detection
Improves data quality by flagging records that may not be exact duplicates but are suspiciously similar. Great for keeping your customer, vendor, and item data clean.
New REST **ServerTime** operationA small but handy addition for integrations that need to sync with NetSuite’s server time, helping ensure accurate time-sensitive processes.
Changes that might require attention
Removal of unsupported permissions on standard roles
Some permissions that were never fully supported will be stripped from standard roles. If you rely on custom roles cloned from standard ones, review them to avoid unexpected access issues.
Removal of outdated SuiteAnalytics connect **netsuite.com** data source
This could disrupt external reporting tools like Power BI if they use this connection. Make sure your SuiteAnalytics Connect setup uses the netsuite2.com data source.
Roles in audience tabs now split into external and internal roles
You’ll now see separate lists for internal vs. external roles in Audience tabs. This strengthens security, but may change how “Public” searches or audience assignments behave.
