Is NetSuite CRM included with NetSuite ERP?

Yes — and this surprises people who are used to paying separately for CRM. The core CRM functionality (leads, opportunities, customers, forecasting) comes with your NetSuite license. You only pay extra for advanced modules like Partner Relationship Management or the full Marketing Automation suite, and many companies never need those.

Can NetSuite CRM replace Salesforce?

For most mid-market companies, absolutely. We've migrated dozens of companies off Salesforce onto NetSuite CRM. The feature set covers what 80% of sales teams actually use — lead management, opportunity tracking, quoting, forecasting. The killer advantage is that your CRM and ERP share the same database. No sync jobs. No "which system is right?" debates. That said, if your team is deeply invested in Salesforce-specific tools or AppExchange apps, sometimes keeping Salesforce and integrating it with NetSuite makes more sense.

How does NetSuite CRM integrate with marketing tools?
