Shortlisting NetSuite partners?
BrokenRubik is a NetSuite-only consultancy since 2017. Tell us your scope and we'll give you a straight read on what to look for — even if we're not the right fit.
Book a free consultationThere is no single "best" NetSuite partner — there's a best partner for your project. A global rollout across ten subsidiaries needs a different firm than a 30-user financials implementation or a SuiteCommerce storefront rebuild. This is a vendor-neutral shortlist for 2026, grouped by the kind of work each firm is built for, plus the criteria that actually predict a good outcome.
TL;DR: Match the firm to the job. Large systems integrators (Deloitte, RSM, Myers-Holum, Sikich) fit enterprise and finance-heavy programs. Mid-market specialists (Kimberlite Partners, GURUS Solutions, Cumula 3, Techfino) fit focused implementations and ongoing optimization. SuiteCommerce / ecommerce specialists (Anchor Group, Folio3, Protelo, Tavano, BrokenRubik) fit NetSuite-native commerce and integrations. Partner tier and certifications matter far less than industry experience, who actually staffs your project, and whether the team will push back on bad requirements.
How to read this list
A few honest caveats before the names:
- "Partner of the Year" badges are marketing, not a guarantee. They reward sales volume and program participation as much as delivery quality. Use them as a tiebreaker, not a filter.
- The team beats the logo. Big firms win the contract and then staff it with whoever is available. Ask exactly who will be on your project, their NetSuite experience, and whether work is offshored.
- Fit beats size. A boutique that has done your exact scenario five times will usually outperform a generalist doing it for the first time — and vice versa for genuinely complex, multi-country programs.
Descriptions below reflect each firm's public positioning and specialty. They are not endorsements, and BrokenRubik has no affiliation with the other firms listed. For the full decision framework, see our NetSuite consultant guide and partner vs. direct.
Enterprise & large-program systems integrators
Best for global rollouts, multi-subsidiary consolidation, heavy finance/tax/audit requirements, and ERP work that's part of a broader transformation.
Deloitte Digital
A global consultancy with a dedicated NetSuite practice. Best fit when the implementation is one workstream inside a larger operating-model, supply-chain, or multi-country transformation and you need the scale of a Big Four firm. Expect premium rates and a program-management layer. deloitte.com
RSM US
A national audit, tax, and consulting firm with one of the larger NetSuite practices in the U.S. Strong when finance, accounting, controls, and advisory depth matter as much as the configuration itself — a good match for upper-mid-market companies that value process design. rsmus.com
Myers-Holum
A long-established NetSuite partner known for data migration, analytics, integrations, and complex technical delivery. A frequent shortlist pick when the hard part of your project is the data and the connections to other systems, not just the modules. myersholum.com
Sikich
An accounting-and-advisory firm with a technology practice that includes NetSuite. Worth shortlisting when you want implementation paired with financial-process consulting, reporting, audit readiness, and managed services under one roof. sikich.com
Mid-market implementation & optimization specialists
Best for focused implementations (roughly 20–150 users), re-implementations, optimization of an existing instance, and ongoing managed support — without enterprise overhead.
Kimberlite Partners
A NetSuite-focused implementation and optimization firm aimed at the mid-market. A good option when you want a partner whose whole business is NetSuite rather than one division of a large integrator. kimberlitepartners.com
GURUS Solutions
A North American NetSuite partner covering implementation, optimization, and long-term support. Frequently surfaces in community recommendations for companies that want continuity from go-live into ongoing administration. gurussolutions.com
Cumula 3 Group
A North American NetSuite services provider spanning implementation, ecommerce, optimization, integrations, data migration, training, and fractional admin support — useful when you need broad coverage from a single mid-size partner. cumula3.com
Techfino
A NetSuite implementation and managed-support firm known for "QuickStart"-style deployments and post-go-live support. A fit when speed-to-value and dependable ongoing support are the priority. techfino.com
SuiteCommerce & NetSuite ecommerce specialists
Best for SuiteCommerce / SuiteCommerce Advanced builds, NetSuite-native B2B/B2C storefronts, theme work, and ecommerce-to-ERP integrations. This is where commerce-first expertise matters more than general ERP breadth.
Anchor Group
A SuiteCommerce-focused partner with prebuilt NetSuite and SuiteCommerce extensions. A strong commerce-first shortlist pick for SuiteCommerce Advanced projects and NetSuite-native storefronts. anchorgroup.tech
Folio3
A NetSuite commerce agency that develops SuiteCommerce Advanced storefronts and custom ecommerce integrations. A fit for heavier custom storefront builds. folio3.com
Protelo
A NetSuite reseller and partner offering SuiteCommerce and ecommerce consulting, development, and implementation alongside core NetSuite services. proteloinc.com
Tavano Team
A SuiteCommerce partner with a strong emphasis on design, UX, and storefront experience — worth shortlisting when merchandising and front-end quality are top priorities. tavanoteam.com

That's us — a NetSuite-only consultancy since 2017, focused on SuiteCommerce, custom SuiteScript, and integrations for mid-market companies. We're a boutique, not a large SI, which is the point: you work directly with the people building your system, and we'll tell you when a different firm is the better fit. What actually predicts a good outcome
The same evaluation criteria apply whether you pick a Big Four firm or a two-person shop:
- Relevant industry experience. Have they implemented your scenario — your industry, your revenue model, your compliance needs — before? Ask for specifics, not logos.
- Team transparency. Who, by name, works on your project? What's their NetSuite experience? Is any of it offshored or subcontracted? Vague answers are a red flag.
- Willingness to push back. The most dangerous partner is the one who says yes to everything. A good consultant challenges bad requirements instead of billing for them.
- A realistic plan. Concrete scope, phases, and assumptions beat an aggressive timeline and a low headline price. Cheap-and-fast is usually the most expensive option.
- A support path after go-live. Implementation is the start, not the finish. Know who owns the system on day 91.
