We typically configure posting within 24 hours of the payroll run completing. The integration checks for finalized payroll data and processes it automatically.
Can you handle mid-period employee transfers between departments?
Yes. We split payroll costs by department based on the effective dates in Paylocity, so GL entries accurately reflect where the employee worked during each portion of the pay period.
What about payroll tax filings?
