Does this work with Google Workspace (formerly G Suite)?
Yes. The integration works with Gmail in Google Workspace business and enterprise plans. Personal Gmail accounts are not supported for the full integration.
Can we control which emails get logged to NetSuite?
Absolutely. You can choose manual logging (click to attach), automatic logging (all emails to/from known contacts), or rule-based logging (specific criteria). Most companies use a combination.
Does this replace NetSuite's built-in email functionality?
It complements it. NetSuite can still send transactional emails (order confirmations, invoice notifications). The Gmail integration focuses on capturing ad-hoc business communication that would otherwise be lost.
