What We Build
Send from NetSuite: Add a "Send for Signature" button to any NetSuite record. The integration generates a PDF from a NetSuite template, creates a DocuSign envelope with the right recipients, and tracks signing status.
Status Tracking: Envelope status (sent, viewed, signed, declined) updates in real-time on the NetSuite record. No more checking DocuSign separately to see if a contract was signed.
Signed Document Attachment: Once all parties sign, the completed document automatically attaches to the NetSuite record in the file cabinet. Audit trail included.
Workflow Triggers: Signed documents can trigger NetSuite workflows — approve a sales order, change a record status, send a notification, or kick off a fulfillment process.
